We are a manufacturer, not a trading company. Brake disc casting and machining, brake pad friction pressing and backing-plate processing, and spark plug assembly are completed in our own 12,000 m² plant by a team of around 150 people.

Factory capability

• Brake discs: In-house casting and two CNC machining lines, with monthly capacity of 60,000 pieces.
• Brake pads: Three hot-pressing lines and one backing-plate line, with monthly capacity of 100,000 pieces.
• Spark plugs: Two assembly lines with electrode welding and gap setting, with monthly capacity of 400,000 pieces.

You can mix different models in one order to fill a container, keeping a trial order small while making freight more efficient. Smaller trial quantities can be discussed, although the unit price will be higher.

Yes. Send us OE or OEM numbers, or a vehicle model list, and we will return a matching list showing our reference for each item.

Every OE number is read back and confirmed in writing before the proforma invoice is issued. We verify fitment specifications before production starts so the delivered products match your market requirements.

• IATF 16949: Automotive quality management system.
• ISO 9001: Quality management system.
• ECE R90: Approval for listed brake pad and brake disc replacement applications in the European market.

Certificates are available on request. ECE R90 coverage applies only to the models listed on each certificate, so we confirm approval status by reference.

• Samples: One to two sets per reference, normally ready in about seven working days. Sample cost is offset against the first bulk order.
• Production: 25–30 working days after receipt of deposit and written approval of artwork and the matching list. Vessel schedules are not included.
• Payment: T/T 30% deposit and 70% against a copy of the bill of lading as standard; L/C at sight for larger programmes.
• Incoterms: EXW, FOB, CFR and CIF are standard. DDP is quoted after reviewing destination customs and duties.
• Shipment documents: Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin and applicable certification documents.

Yes. We support both OEM and ODM projects, with packaging included in the same development programme.

• OEM: Production to your drawing, sample or technical specification, including friction formulation, disc coating, spark plug electrode grade, logo and part numbering.
• ODM: If you do not yet have a specification, we propose the material grade, coating and friction formulation for your market.
• Packaging: Neutral boxes, our brand or full-colour private-label packaging with UPC / EAN barcodes, required languages and origin marking. Custom printed packaging starts from 1,000 pieces per reference.
• Approval: A pre-production sample and packaging dieline proof are provided for written approval before the full run.

We do not print another manufacturer’s trademark or OEM logo without written authorisation from the rights holder.
